Auburn Motor
Company Is Newest Auburn Firm
A deal was consummated on Saturday whereby the Lashbrook Motor Company was
acquired by Lee Anderson and J. Russell Baker. The new firm will be known as the Auburn
Motor Company.
These popular and energetic young gentlemen need no introduction to the motoring
public as Mr. Anderson has been connected with the Lashbrook Motor Company in an
official
capacity for the past four years, while Mr. Baker has long been a citizen of Auburn, and
for several years a salesman for the same company.
No radical changes will be effected because of this deal, there being no change
in personnel nor policy. The firm's motto at all times will be "the highest service
at the lowest cost."
The operating force of the Auburn Motor Company is as follows: J. R. Baker,
Sales Department; J. L Anderson, Parts and Service Department; Miss Virginia Hutcheson,
Bookkeeper; E.G. Lowe, Shop Foreman; Everet Pillow, Stock man; W. V. Hadden, Mechanic.
