12.  GUY WINKLER⁷ NEAL (MINOR CLIFFORD⁶, MINOR A.⁵, THOMAS G.⁴, EDWARD³, CHARLES², EDWARD¹) was born October 07, 1923 in Auburn, KY.  He married MARTHA LOUISE ASHBY December 15, 1946 in Old Auburn Church in Auburn, daughter of KARL ASHBY and SUSAN.

Neal's celebrate 61st wedding anniversary

Guy Winkler Neal and Martha Louise Ashby were united in marriage on Sunday, December 15, 1946. The union took place between Sunday School and Church at 9 in the morning, in the old Auburn Church in Auburn. Mr. Neal was in the European front in the Army during WWII, while Miss Ashby served in the Waves stationed in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Neal spent the majority of her career as the Russellville Middle School Secretary. Mr. Neal was an independent insurance agent and retired from Neal's Insurance Agency. The couple have three children, Alan Neal, Susan Clapp, and Patti Haeberlin, 9 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
